All proceeds go to Teen Challenge Women’s Ministries. Teen Challenge is a 13-month women’s residential Christian discipleship program. Our mission is to evangelize women with life-controlling problems to the point they can become functioning, contributing Christians in today’s society. We provide an effective and comprehensive Christian, faith-based solution to life-controlling problems. By applying biblical principles, Teen Challenge endeavors to help women become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive.

We are 501(c)(3), and do not receive any State or Federal funding. All of our needs are met through donations and monthly support from our faithful supporters like you, as well as churches who believe in the ministry. We also generate finances through our thrift stores, this online store, fundraisers, and church services.

Teen Challenge Women’s Ministries guarantees we will ship your items the safest possible way and at the least cost to you. If special services are required please send a detailed e-mail with those requirements including your order number and a subject line of “Subject: Order #12345 – Shipping Change Request.” Special charges may be applied for additional handling services.

Shipping process time:
Allow 2 – 7 business days for processing (business days Mon-Fri). Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Orders Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 2hr. by email only. Email subject line should have order number and cancellation request. Example- “Subject: Order #12345 – Cancellation Request.”

Additional Items: 
Please note!!! You may NOT add any items to an order by internal notes, emails, phone, or fax. Place a new order for additional items.

Coupon Codes:
Coupon codes are for retail customers only and cannot be combined with other offers.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you decide to return/cancel your order after the 24 HOUR time frame, you may have to wait until the order is shipped to you. Once you receive the package, you may REFUSE it or RESHIP it back to us at 2630 Courthouse Circle, Suite B, Flowood, MS 39232.

Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund MINUS a 10% restocking fee. We DO NOT refund shipping charges.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product in the condition it left our warehouse in. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Personalized or customized orders are nonrefundable.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Please retain the original shipping box and material. Email: Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded or returned.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be made at the store location or by anyone other than the warehouse.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
